White Chocolate Chip Cupcakes

This is my newest recipe...I totally love it. Smells delicious. And got rave reviews from the kids. I made 48+ cupcakes tonight for Sunday School... and a few mini's to keep for us. This is a pic of the 'raw' mini and it was beautiful. The batter is very fluffy after mixing.
White Chocolate Chip Cupcakes
1 box golden vanilla cake mix
1 4svg pkg of instant vanilla pudding mix
2 cups sour cream
5 eggs
1 cup butter, melted
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup white chocolate chips
Beat 1st 6 ingredients until well blended. Mix will be thick. Stir in chips. Scoop into lined tins. Bake 350 for 17-22 min. Don't overbake. Cool completely in pan.
