I will say that Halloween has to be one of my favorite holidays...(I know my husband is smiling at that comment)
I love everything about Halloween and how can you top a cookie jar that is big, colorful, and a cupcake!!! And to make it even better it was 50% off. What a super deal. I canned for the first time ever tonight. The recipe was for peach amaretto preserves. They need to 'chill' for 2 weeks before eating so I will post the recipe if it is a good one. I will say that the canning experience wasn't too bad but I will have to get some different tools of the trade if I can. Especially if the peach tree continues to produce so well. So here's to all the Halloween Lovers out there...
