Caramel Peanut Topped Brownie

!

Caramel Peanut Topped Brownie
This was an amazing SMELLING brownie. I did not get the benefit of eating or trying this one because I gave this to the carnival cake walk. I was so excited to make this cake/brownie. Making homemade caramel is intimidating but I think I did ok. I might have cooked it a bit long but giving the cake away left me without a feedback that I can access. I know that this was a ton of fun to make and take pictures of. I am trying to do better with the photos but it is a work in progress. I am going to make this brownie when my baby comes home from Iraq and we can have a treat together...With ice cream. I did get to save some of the topping for later and that is something worth waiting for. All in all this was a great bake....better than the muffins I did last week. I would love feedback on the pics if anyone wants to give advice....Thanks!

I love the dribble down the sides. You did great with the caramel. It isn't easy. Looks fantastic.
